QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Valid Arizona State Teaching Certificate preferred.
2. Valid Arizona State Fingerprint Clearance Card.
3. First-Aid and CPR certification required.
4. Complete AIA Information Course (annual coaches’ workshop)
5. Complete NFHS Rules Interpretation Course (annual coaches’ workshop)
6. Three years of successful high school cheerleading coaching experience preferred.
7. Pass NFHS Cheer Safety Exam with a minimum of 75-percent.
8. NFHS Concussion in Sports required.
9. Demonstrate interest in and an aptitude for performing the responsibilities of this position.
