Freedom Village is proud to be a debt free Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC) and has been serving seniors in South Orange County, California since 1987. Our beautiful campus includes Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Skilled Nursing.

Currently, we are hiring a Dietary Clerk in our Dietary department

The Dietary Clerk prepares dietary information for use by dietary personnel in preparation of foods for healthcare patients. The Dietary Clerk examines diet orders and menus received from Physician and tallies portions and foods of general and soft diets.

Marks tally on master menu to inform kitchen personnel of food requirements.

Processes new diets and changes as required.

Performs a variety of kitchen duties, including tray line preparation, lunch and or dinner delivery, tray collection and other duties as assigned.

Schedule: part time, shift: 5:45 AM to 2:45 PM

Pay rate: $17.75 to $18.50 DOE

Two (2) plus years food service experience in a restaurant, hospital or senior living retirement community is a plus! On the job training will be provided.
