We’re growing and looking for a Sub-Assembly Technician to join our team. This is a hands-on role focused on assembling acrylic and other key components used throughout our marine products. If you enjoy working with your hands, following detailed instructions, and take pride in producing clean, high-quality work—this could be the opportunity for you.

What We’re Looking For:
We’re seeking a reliable, detail-oriented team player with a passion for craftsmanship. In this role, you’ll:

  • Assemble pre-cut acrylic parts using drawings, schematics, and build instructions
  • Read and interpret design documents to ensure proper fit, orientation, and layout
  • Apply fasteners, gaskets, and other components with consistency and care
  • Use hand and power tools safely and effectively
  • Inspect completed assemblies for quality, functionality, and appearance
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
  • Collaborate with team leads to communicate progress, flag issues, and request materials

What You’ll Need:

  • Previous experience in manufacturing, fabrication, or mechanical assembly preferred
  • Ability to read and follow technical drawings and build instructions
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality
  • Experience using hand and power tools
  • Physical ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs as needed

What We Offer:

  • Competitive pay
  • Paid time off, plus 8 paid holidays
  • Comprehensive benefits: medical, dental, vision, and company-paid life and disability insurance, and more!
  • 401(k) with company match
  • A collaborative, people-focused environment

Please Note: Employment at Blue Core Craft is contingent upon the successful completion of a background check and drug screening.
