Single Grain is a top-tier growth marketing agency and AI-powered consultancy, serving ambitious B2B, SaaS, and DTC brands. Our content has reached millions across YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn, and beyond. We’re obsessed with leverage—using media, automation, and AI to drive results. Now, we’re building a short-form content engine and need creators who know how to consistently create high performing videos. You will be bonused on hitting specific view metrics per video.

Who You Are

• An up and coming or established creator with a strong following and engagement rate (strict requirement)
• Energetic, camera-ready self-starter with a pulse on social content trends
• Expert at one of the following channels: TikTok, Reels, Shorts, YouTube longform and LinkedIn organic best practices
• A/B + analytically inclined—obsessed with retention, CTR, and performance
• Ideas-first, bias toward action—you launch, learn, iterate
• Fun, bold, curious, and community-first
• You are AI-forward

What You’ll Do

• Create 5–7 short-form videos (or more) each week focused on marketing, growth, and AI in action
• Weekly 30-minute async/content syncs (Mondays)
• Test hooks, formats, and creative flows to drive view and lead metrics
• Perform weekly data dives—optimize based on view time, watch-through, CTR
• Build workflows, SOPs, and Loom videos to capture your processes

Compensation + Perks

• $35/video + performance bonuses ($1,000 per 1M+ view video)
• Direct mentorship and hands-on coaching from Eric Siu and the Single Grain brand team
• $200/mo credit for tools and production if needed
• Early access to new AI tech, growth data, strategic insights
• Potential for faster growth and deeper roles for top performers

Requirements

• Based in the United States
• 1+ year experience in short-form video creation (portfolio or links required in your application)
• Comfortable with AI content tools (bonus points for ChatGPT, Veo, Nano Banana HeyGen, Runway, ElevenLabs, etc.)
• A demonstrated growth mindset—show us content that performed
• Self-managed, communicative, resourceful—with no supervision needed for day to day
