Job Description
Be part of an institution that values, loves and supports every member of the community. St. Margaret's encourages and celebrates creativity and innovation. We ask our professional community members to enthusiastically bring their whole selves to St. Margaret's every day - their varied identities, unique perspectives, interests, expertise and their passion for educating young people for lives of learning, leadership and service.
We recognize that tapping into the culture of a new workplace has inherent challenges. We welcome new members of our professional community by surrounding them with caring administrators and peer mentors who invest in their success. In addition to a robust new employee orientation program, our professional community regularly engages in small team, division/department-level and all-school professional development sessions. We also enjoy downtime together, including meals, socials, wellness activities and service projects.
We are intentional about welcoming new professionals because we want them to feel they are full members of our community from day one. We know this is better for your personal growth, satisfaction and wellness, and your full participation will only enhance our already vibrant learning community for our students.
