Role Overview

Aristos Nursing Center is seeking compassionate and reliable Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs). In this role, you will provide high-quality care, administer medications and treatments, and lead our STNAs in maintaining the highest standards of resident dignity and safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments accurately per physician orders.

• Monitor resident health status and update electronic health records (EHR).

• Provide clinical leadership and guidance to the STNA team.

• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and the interdisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Valid Ohio LPN license.

• Strong clinical, communication, and leadership skills.
