Receptionist
The Receptionist plays a key role in supporting guests, patients, and families by delivering consistent, high‑quality customer service. This position serves as a primary point of contact for visitors and works closely with nursing and administrative teams to ensure a positive experience for all individuals entering the facility. The Receptionist also assists patients and families with questions or concerns that may arise during their stay.

Responsibilities
Greet patients, visitors, and guests; determine the purpose of their visit and direct or escort them to the appropriate area
Answer, screen, and route incoming phone calls; take messages and schedule appointments as needed
Receive mail, documents, packages, and deliveries; distribute items to the appropriate departments
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required
Ability to communicate effectively in English; bilingual skills are a plus
One to three years of customer service experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
