Job Summary: We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Digital Marketing Strategy Manager to lead and elevate our digital marketing efforts across multiple states. This role will own the development and execution of a unified digital strategy, with a strong emphasis on leveraging social media to drive qualified leads, strengthen brand presence, and support both client acquisition and caregiver recruitment.
This individual will act as the central marketing leader across all locations—collaborating closely with local teams to source content and align initiatives—while managing key marketing functions and performance outcomes. The ideal candidate brings a balance of strategic leadership and hands-on execution, with a deep understanding of how to translate digital engagement into measurable growth.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Digital Strategy & Leadership
Lead the development and execution of a multi-state digital marketing strategy focused on lead generation and growth
Align marketing initiatives with business objectives, including client acquisition and caregiver recruitment
Establish and track KPIs, ensuring accountability for performance across all digital channels
Partner with leadership to drive strategic planning and continuous optimization
2. Collaboration & Team Management
Manage and mentor one direct report while providing guidance to local marketing contributors across five states
Act as the central point of coordination for all digital marketing efforts across locations
Collaborate with branch teams to gather localized content (photos, testimonials, community initiatives)
Ensure brand consistency while allowing for localized market customization
3. Social Media & Lead Generation
Own and elevate social media as a primary driver of lead generation and brand growth
Develop and execute platform-specific strategies that convert engagement into inquiries and qualified leads
Oversee content strategy and campaign planning across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
Lead paid and organic social initiatives, optimizing for cost per lead, conversion rates, and overall ROI
Ensure all social efforts are aligned with conversion funnels, including landing pages and calls-to-action
4. Brand Presence & Multi-Market Collaboration
Ensure a consistent and compelling brand presence across all digital channels and markets
Collaborate with teams across multiple states to source localized content and market insights
Balance brand consistency with localized relevance to maximize engagement and performance
Serve as the central point of coordination for digital marketing initiatives across locations
5. Content & Campaign Strategy
Oversee development of high-impact, conversion-focused content across digital platforms
Lead integrated campaigns supporting both client acquisition and caregiver hiring
Guide the use of modern tools and AI technologies to scale content creation and efficiency
6. Analytics & Performance Management
Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, lead generation metrics, and ROI
Build and manage dashboards to track full-funnel performance from engagement to conversion
Continuously optimize strategies based on data insights and market trends
Provide actionable recommendations to leadership

Qualifications:
A college degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Public Relations, Health Communication or a related field.
5+ years of digital marketing experience, with a strong mix of strategy and execution.
Proven success using social media to drive lead generation (organic and paid).
Experience managing multi-location or multi-state marketing initiatives.
Strong understanding of conversion funnels, campaign optimization, and digital analytics.
Experience collaborating cross-functionally and influencing without direct authority.
Prior experience managing or mentoring team members preferred.
Preferred Skills
Expertise in social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) with a proven track record of generating qualified leads.
Experience in home care, healthcare, or other regulated service industries.
Familiarity with HIPAA-compliant marketing practices.
Experience with WordPress or similar CMS platforms.
Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
Knowledge of local SEO and multi-location marketing strategies.
Familiarity with AI tools for marketing (ChatGPT, SEMrush, etc.).
Working Conditions:
Able to read 12 point or larger type.
Must be able to hear adequately with no more than an amplifier on the phone and to speak in a manner understood by most persons.
Able to lift, bend or stoop in order to carry out above duties.
