We are looking for a sales and marketing talent and future leadership talent who can grow Kalrez® business together in global working environment.
Job responsibility:
• Develops and owns the sales plan that achieves revenue, profitability and market share objectives.
• Establishes customer relationship at multilevel to ensure Kalrez® strong supplier position (the partner of choice) and supporting customer’s long-term business strategy.
• Works closely with global/regional teams such as Supply Chain, Quality, Customer service to make sure to maintain high service levels to customers in terms of quality, delivery etc.
• Manages channel partners including distributors, resellers or logistic providers. Sets annual goals and distributor performance review process to ensure their performances.
• Collaborates with Technology, Product and Marketing team on the development of new opportunities to build robust project pipelines and deliver them for business growth.
• Report customer’s issue and recent activities, timely and accurately collect and report demand forecasts.
Job qualification:
• Bachelor or above degree in Science, Engineering or Business
• Experience in Semiconductor Industory or Elastomer/O-ring is preferred
• Proven work experience as a sales representative or field/customer service role
• Presentation skills/communication skills/interpersonal skills.
• Energetic, self-driven, independent with strong desire to success and a team player
• Ability to travel (mainly in Japan) frequently (30~70%)
• Native fluency in Japanese, good Communication skills in English
