Job Title: Account Executive – US Market (India)

Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management
- Serve as the primary
point of contact for US-based clients, ensuring strong, long-term
relationships - Understand client
business needs and proactively provide suitable solutions - Ensure high levels of
client satisfaction through timely communication and issue resolution
Account & Financial Management
- Manage end-to-end PO
Tracking, Resource Tracking, invoicing, billing, and account-related
transactions with accuracy and timeliness - Coordinate with finance
teams and admin teams to ensure proper tracking of payments, collections,
time sheets and account reconciliations - Maintain clear
documentation of all account activities and financial records
Inside Sales & Revenue Growth
- Drive inside sales
activities including lead follow-ups, client outreach, and opportunity
conversion - Identify and pursue
upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts - Support RFP/RFI/Legal
Co-ordination and deal closures by coordinating proposals, pricing, and
negotiations
Reporting & Performance Tracking
- Track account
performance metrics, revenue growth, and client engagement levels - Prepare regular reports
and provide actionable insights to management - Monitor pipeline,
forecast revenue, and highlight risks or opportunities
US Market & Time Zone Alignment
- Manage client
interactions aligned with US West Coast time zones (Managing from INDIA) - Ensure availability for
client meetings, discussions, and critical communications
Key Skills & Qualifications
- Strong experience in
inside sales, Account outreach, account management & client servicing - Good understanding of
invoicing, billing processes, and financial coordination - Excellent communication
and stakeholder management skills - Ability to manage
multiple accounts and priorities effectively - Experience working with
US clients, especially West Coast, is highly preferred
