  Responsibilities

• Oversee daily housekeeping and laundry operations

• Ensure compliance with Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), state, and infection control standards

• Supervise, train, and schedule housekeeping staff

• Conduct routine inspections of resident rooms and common areas

• Manage inventory of supplies and linens within budget

• Address resident and family concerns promptly

• Support survey readiness and maintain Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) compliance

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; related certification preferred

• 2–3 years supervisory experience in healthcare or long-term care housekeeping

• Knowledge of infection control, sanitation standards, and laundry operations

• Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills
