About The Team

You’ll be joining the JINGDONG Property team, which values collaboration, ownership, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Job Description

1. Responsible for procurement and sales of industrial product categories or application scenarios; conduct market analysis based on business needs, develop purchasing strategies, and improve execution efficiency.
2. Analyze market trends to ensure procurement cost optimization.
3. Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure supply chain stability and reliability.
4. Use data analysis to forecast market demand changes, adjust sales strategies, and improve sales performance.
5. Participate in the development of annual sales targets and plans for the department and ensure goals are met or exceeded.
6. Responsible for daily operations related to merchant recruitment, development, management, and phase-out within the assigned region to enhance merchant efficiency and service quality.

Qualifications

1. Educational Background
Bachelor’s degree or above; majors in Industrial Engineering, Marketing, Supply Chain Management, Logistics Management, Business Administration, or related fields are preferred (other majors are also acceptable).
2. Work Experience
5–10 years of relevant experience in sourcing, vendor recruitment, procurement, or supply chain management. Prefer experience in EPC, Industrial and Civil Construction, Infrastructure, Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing

Experience in merchant operations and management is a plus.
3. Core Competencies

- Supply Chain Management: Understanding of supply chain fundamentals; able to manage supplier relationships effectively, optimize inventory, and improve supply chain efficiency.
- Data Analysis: Strong capabilities in data analysis, market analysis, and forecasting; able to conduct independent analysis using existing system tools and develop regional merchant operation strategies.
- Communication & Negotiation: Strong communication and comprehension skills, with solid execution and vendor acquisition/negotiation abilities.
- Merchant Operations: Able to manage project opportunity quotations, conduct rapid sourcing to meet demand, and take ownership of fulfillment rate; plan and build a regional merchant map based on project needs and current supplier capabilities; responsible for daily merchant recruitment, training, development, and phase-out.
4. Personal Qualities
- Collaboration & Coordination: Strong communication skills and team spirit; able to build cooperative relationships with internal teams and external suppliers.
- Problem Solving: Capable of independently analyzing and resolving issues, and proposing effective solutions when facing supply chain challenges.
- Accountability: Demonstrates a strong sense of ownership and professionalism, delivers work with a high level of reliability and attention to detail, and is able to perform effectively under pressure to ensure smooth operations
- Innovation: Innovative mindset with continuous attention to industry trends; able to explore new procurement and sales strategies to improve efficiency and quality.
