Key Responsibilities:
- Handle guest inquiries with a focus on complete satisfaction and ensure a high-quality experience for every customer.
- Connect with potential customers via phone and email to schedule and confirm appointments and follow up on no-shows.
- Maintain a follow-up system to encourage repeat and referral business, enhancing customer relationships.
- Seamlessly turn online leads into sales and provide timely quotes with the Internet Sales Manager and Management Team.
- Keep up with automotive trends, product features, and industry knowledge.
- Understand vehicle features, compare models, and stay updated on inventory.

- Qualify buyers, demonstrate vehicles, handle objections, negotiate prices, complete contracts, and finalize sales.
