Job Description

Position Summary: 

Responsible for leading daily operations of the department. 

 

Essential Functions: 

  • Provides daily work assignments to assigned personnel in order to meet established production goals. 

  • Resolves all functional issues (Quality, Processing, Repair, etc.) as they arise. 

  • Ensure transactions into QMS are properly entered to provide accurate data. 

  • Provide accurate and timely departmental reports. 

  • Lead production to meet TOS targets for designated work stream. 

  • Promote a culture of process excellence through exceeding quality metrics. 

  • Meet daily & weekly goals for production output. 

  • Provide instruction and training to assigned personnel on proper procedures and regulations ensuring appropriate documentation has been completed timely and accurately. 

  • Train and motivate employees through effective communication. 

  • Follow written and verbal work instructions. 

  • Use hand tools and equipment to move product from one pod to another. 

  • Perform quality checks on products to ensure they meet specifications. 

  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment, following 5S. 

  • Adhere to safety guidelines and procedures. 

  • Other responsibilities as assigned. 

 

Education and Experience: 

  • High school diploma or equivalent. 

  • Previous Lenux experience preferred. 

  • Previous Leadership experience preferred. 

 

Other Skills and Abilities: 

  • Ability to wear Personal Protective Equipment as required, hearing protection, etc. 

  • Ability to read and interpret written instructions and photos. 

  • Ability to use hand tools and equipment. 

  • Attention to detail and accuracy. 

  • Ability to work in a team and follow instructions. 

  • Ability to stand for long periods of time and perform repetitive tasks. 

  • Basic math skills. 

  • Basic Microsoft Office, Teams, Outlook, Excel, etc. 

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. 

  • Ability to work a flexible schedule. 

 

 

Physical Requirements: 

  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly. 

  • Ability to bend, stoop, stand/sit for prolonged periods. 

  • Ability to move about production and warehouse facilities. 

  • Ability to work in a non-temperature controlled environment occasionally.
