Position Summary:
Responsible for leading daily operations of the department.
Essential Functions:
Provides daily work assignments to assigned personnel in order to meet established production goals.
Resolves all functional issues (Quality, Processing, Repair, etc.) as they arise.
Ensure transactions into QMS are properly entered to provide accurate data.
Provide accurate and timely departmental reports.
Lead production to meet TOS targets for designated work stream.
Promote a culture of process excellence through exceeding quality metrics.
Meet daily & weekly goals for production output.
Provide instruction and training to assigned personnel on proper procedures and regulations ensuring appropriate documentation has been completed timely and accurately.
Train and motivate employees through effective communication.
Follow written and verbal work instructions.
Use hand tools and equipment to move product from one pod to another.
Perform quality checks on products to ensure they meet specifications.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment, following 5S.
Adhere to safety guidelines and procedures.
Other responsibilities as assigned.
Education and Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous Lenux experience preferred.
Previous Leadership experience preferred.
Other Skills and Abilities:
Ability to wear Personal Protective Equipment as required, hearing protection, etc.
Ability to read and interpret written instructions and photos.
Ability to use hand tools and equipment.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work in a team and follow instructions.
Ability to stand for long periods of time and perform repetitive tasks.
Basic math skills.
Basic Microsoft Office, Teams, Outlook, Excel, etc.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work a flexible schedule.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
Ability to bend, stoop, stand/sit for prolonged periods.
Ability to move about production and warehouse facilities.
Ability to work in a non-temperature controlled environment occasionally.
