About the Hiring Department:

We are a group of high-energy marketing professionals working toward the common goal of contributing to our organization’s culture of innovation and collaboration. We plan, coordinate, and direct multi-channel marketing campaigns and communications to support all agent distribution channels, including direct sales.

Co-op Job Description:

The essential duties and responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to, the following:

·       Developing content marketing – mail, email, text messages

·       Creating and updating Marketing materials to support all sales channels

·       Helping rout marketing through review processes

·       Testing digital tools

·       Aiding in campaign setup

·       Tracking campaign performance (responses, leads, applications)

·       Assisting with budgeting, including tracking invoices

·       Ensuring materials comply with CMS Medicare Marketing guidelines and internal compliance requirements
