simultaneously.
• Strong interpersonal skills with an emphasis on partnership and internal collaboration.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications.
o Comfortable sorting and filtering data.
o Familiarity with pivot tables preferred.
• High attention to detail with a commitment to data accuracy and completeness.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Key Roles & ResponsibilitiesAssess information needs for new business opportunities and proactively gather missing details
through research and internal outreach.
• Contact functional representatives across Sales, Underwriting, Operations, and other internal units to
retrieve required documentation and case specifics.
• Ensure all necessary data and supporting materials are available before intake and system submission.
• Accurately input new Supplemental Health product opportunities into intake systems, ensuring data
completeness and adherence to internal requirements.
• Intake and log Life and Disability cases that fall outside Voya’s standard quoting parameters.
• Assign opportunities to the appropriate Sales office based on case criteria, geography, or product line.
• Coordinate access to case-specific documentation and ensure all materials are organized and
accessible for downstream teams
