    Position Function: The Building Secretary provides a variety of administrative support to the front office of the school. This includes answering the phone, visitor management, school attendance and reporting, and administrative support to teachers and staff.

    Qualifications:

    • High school diploma or equivalent
    • Strong organizational skills
    • Friendly, enthusiastic and enjoy working with people
    • Health and Inoculation certificate on file in the district office
    • Must pass standardized background check


    Starting Salary:  $16.38/hour - commensurate with experience

    Schedule: 4 hours a day, 12:30pm - 4:30pm, 200 Day Work Calendar

    Anticipated Start Date: July 27th, 2026

    Requirements:
    -All employees must have a current TB test (Tuberculosis). If you've had a recent TB Test (less than 12 months ago) we can accept a copy of your test results.  If it's been more than 1 year ago, you will be required to obtain a new test.  Employees are responsible for the cost of the test.
    -Must submit a pre employment physical prior to first day of work.
