TRG Solutions is seeking a driven and results-oriented Account Executive to expand our presence across the Canadian market. This role is ideal for a self-motivated professional who thrives on building relationships, uncovering opportunities, and delivering value-driven technology solutions. The Account Executive will play a key role in both acquiring new customers and growing existing accounts by positioning TRG’s full portfolio of offerings.
Drive Sales Growth
- Ability to execute a go-to-market strategy by maintaining a high level of outbound prospecting into accounts using SFDC, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, cold calling, emailing, and more.
- Continuously assess customer environments to uncover expansion opportunities and increase overall account value.
- Build multi-threaded relationships within client organizations to strengthen account health and long-term partnerships.
- Ability to articulate and present the value of TRG Solutions and its unique differentiators.
- Maintain a high level of responsiveness when engaging with customers and technology partners.
- Represent TRG Solutions at industry events and trade shows, including planning, participation, and follow-up activities.
- Utilize Salesforce.com CRM to manage pipeline, forecast, track activities, and maintain accurate customer records.
- Collaborate with internal teams and vendor partners to develop tailored solutions that meet client needs.
Requirements & Experience
- Track record of exceeding expectations in an individually focused, quota carrying role.
- 3+ years of full sales cycle experience, generating net new business for Hardware, Service, SaaS, and Security solutions.
- 3+ years of experience carrying a dedicated sales quota, with responsibility for full sales cycle from sourcing to closing.
- Strong presentation skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels, in person and via virtual channels.
- Experience working tradeshows and industry events to drive net-new business.
- Willingness and ability to travel throughout the GTHA and occasionally to other regions across Canada.
- Highly self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for growing a business.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
- Strategize with our channel partners to drive net-new business.
- Technical aptitude and ability to learn new business and technical concepts quickly.
- High level of proficiency and adoption in Salesforce.com (CRM).
