Location: HCG BLACK RIVER FALLS
Department: HCG-BRF Buffet
SUMMARY: The expeditor is responsible for delivering food to restaurant patrons, and also assist in other duties such as clearing and cleaning tables, which ultimately enhances every interaction for our guests and employees; customer service is out top priority for both internal and external guests.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Garnishes plates and checks quality.
2. Assists wait staff in moving food from the line to the guests.
3. Assists wait staff in pre-meal set up of kitchen.
4. Communication links between wait staff and line cooks.
5. Promotes teamwork. 6. Perform other duties as assigned.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: (REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE)
1. High School diploma or equivalent desired AND a minimum of 1 year experience in full service restaurant.
2. State sanitation certification.
3. Must maintain confidentiality.
