Substitute Teacher

 

To substitute teach within Florence County School District Five on an as needed basis.

 

Thank you for your interest in serving as a substitute teacher in Florence County School District Five.  Several documents must be submitted in order to be considered as a substitute teacher.  You will receive notification from our office regarding the status of your application as we progress through the hiring process.

 

Minimum Qualifications for Substitute Teacher

     At least 60 college credit hours or WIN Score of 3 or higher.

WIN testing is provided at Florence Adult Education Center.  

Contact them at 843-664-8152 to set up a time for testing.  

 

A South Carolina Law Enforcement Division (SLED) criminal history report is required for every prospective employee of Florence County School District Five.  The district office will obtain this report.  

 

INCOMPLETE APPLICATIONS OVER 60 DAYS WILL BE DELETED.
