In this role, you will directly support Joint Task Force leadership by ensuring personnel, documentation, scheduling, and operational resources are coordinated to maintain mission readiness.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain alert and manning rosters to ensure maximum personnel readiness

• Coordinate with staff and Command leadership to support operational readiness objectives

• Provide document management and administrative support to Joint Task Force leadership

• Maintain accountability for key documents and records, including performance and recognition reports

• Deliver integrated scheduling support and manage space and resource utilization

• Coordinate requirements, ordering, delivery, and distribution of supplies

• Support recruiting events and advertising activities within Command spaces

• Manage correspondence with Joint Task Force applicants and coordinate interview scheduling and feedback

• Provide facilitation and communication support for Command meetings

• Perform other duties as assigned to support operational and organizational objectives

Qualifications:

Required:

• Active TS/SCI clearance with CI Polygraph

• Bachelor�s degree with zero (0) years of experience

Equivalencies:

• Two (2) years of position specific relevant experience may be considered in lieu of degree requirements

Additional Qualifications:

• Strong oral and written communication skills

• Excellent organizational and time management skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
