Job Description:

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and direct patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner

  • Serve as a “runner” by assisting staff with tasks throughout the office as needed

  • Support front desk operations with general administrative duties

  • Assist with scanning, filing, and organizing paperwork

  • Help maintain clean, organized waiting and work areas

  • Stock and replenish office and clinical supplies

  • Prepare rooms or materials as directed by staff

  • Assist with basic office errands and task coordination between departments

  • Provide general support to ensure efficient office workflow

Qualifications

  • High school student, recent graduate, or college student preferred

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Willingness to learn and take direction

  • Ability to multitask and stay organized

  • Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented

  • Basic computer skills preferred
