Strata Innovative Solutions is seeking an experienced Journeyman Electrician to join our growing Midland team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in either commercial, industrial and/or oil and gas electrical settings.  This role requires technical expertise, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot electrical systems

• Read and interpret electrical drawings, schematics, and blueprints

• Perform preventative maintenance and diagnostics on industrial equipment

• Ensure all work complies with applicable electrical codes and safety standards

• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other trades to complete projects efficiently

• Maintain accurate documentation of work performed
