We are looking for an Environmental Specialist to strengthen our ambitious Product Compliance team in Kaunas, Lithuania. You will work with the leading Teltonika Networks solutions in the world and master your skills.
Teltonika’s networking solutions business unit develops and manufactures industrial and enterprise connectivity equipment, primarily routers, switches, gateways, and modems. Our networking devices serve clients in the most complex areas of Industry 4.0, Smart City, and Green Energy.
In this role, you will:
- Work with company's networking equipment products, ensuring their environmental compliance throughout the product lifecycle.
- Ensure compliance of products with applicable environmental regulations (RoHS, REACH, etc.).
- Ensure compliance with Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) directive, Packaging and Packaging Waste (PPW) Regulation.
- Support internal departments and clients on environmental compliance-related issues.
- Work independently and take ownership of tasks, handling diverse environmental and product compliance inquiries across different products and regulations.
- Collect, analyse, and maintain environmental compliance data and product-related documentation, ensuring structured and accurate records aligned with client and regulatory requirements.
What we expect of you:
- Higher education in chemistry, environmental science, or electronics (might be last year student).
- Ability to work with large volumes of technical and regulatory information, and to structure, organise, and maintain complex documentation; strong analytical skills.
- Ability to take ownership of tasks from initial request to completion.
- Ability to independently investigate, research, and interpret regulatory and technical requirements.
- Responsibility, strong organisational skills and effective communication.
- Interest in electronic products and willingness to learn about product structure, components, and lifecycle.
- Good MS Office skills.
- Proficiency in English (reading and writing).
- Experience working with environmental compliance in an industrial or manufacturing environment would be considered an advantage.
- Knowledge of environmental regulations applicable to electronic products (RoHS, REACH, CMRT, etc.) would be considered an advantage.

Salary
We appreciate everyone's efforts and experiences, so we offer an attractive salary matching your skillset and field expertise. The salary for this position ranges from 16 Eur/h up to 23 Eur/h (~2670 Eur— 3840 Eur) pre-tax, depending on your experience and expertise, with the option to get bonuses.
