Job Functions
What You'll Do & The Impact You'll Make:
As an integral part of our collaborative team, you'll contribute directly to the entire design process for projects spanning all major product categories and world-renowned brands, Bosch and Thermador. You'll play a key role in developing innovative, user-centric solutions that not only delight consumers but also drive strategic business objectives. Your responsibilities will be diverse and impactful, including:
• Strategic Research: Conduct in-depth competitor analysis and trend forecasting to identify opportunities and inform future product directions.
• Conceptualization & Ideation: Generate groundbreaking concepts through rapid sketching, advanced ideation techniques, and visual storytelling.
• Prototyping & Refinement: Translate ideas into tangible forms through precise CAD modeling, 3D printing, and high-fidelity aesthetic model making.
• Visual Communication: Develop compelling presentations and graphic design assets to effectively communicate design vision and solutions to stakeholders.

Who You Are:
• Recent graduate in Industrial Design, Product Design, or a related field.
• Proficiency in relevant software: CAD modeling software (SolidWorks, Rhino or NX), Keyshot, Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office Suite, AI tools.
• Strong sketching, rendering, and communication skills.
• A portfolio demonstrating strong design thinking, problem-solving abilities, and aesthetic sensibility.
• Passion for home appliances and understanding of user needs.

Job Qualification Requirements
Specific Knowledge:
• Candidates must be a recent graduate from a Four-Year College with a Degree in Industrial Design
• Must have ability to commit to a 6-month, full-time work experience located in Irvine, CA, beginning approximately June 2026 through November 2026.
