Full-Time Housekeeper
Freedom Place Apartments – Weirton, WV

Freedom Place Apartments is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Full-Time Housekeeper to join our team. This role is essential in creating a clean, welcoming environment for our residents, guests, and prospective tenants.

Position Summary

The Housekeeper plays a key role in maintaining the overall appearance and cleanliness of the apartment community. Responsibilities include cleaning office spaces, resident amenities, vacant units, and both interior and exterior common areas to ensure a positive first impression at all times.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize leasing offices, clubhouse, kitchen areas, model units, hallways, and other common spaces
• Perform routine tasks such as vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and surface cleaning
• Prepare vacant apartments for new residents in coordination with the Property Manager
• Empty trash receptacles in offices and common areas
• Maintain cleanliness of shared laundry facilities
• Report maintenance issues or safety concerns promptly
• Assist with additional tasks as assigned

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience required
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high standards of cleanliness
• Ability to respect resident privacy and maintain professionalism
• Basic English communication skills (reading, writing, and speaking)

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Frequent bending, pushing, and pulling
• Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds

Schedule

• Full-time position
• Monday through Friday
