YOUR TASKS

• Mainly work for the software test of
  Battery Management System  might be involved in other project too
  主要工作为电池管理系统的软件测试，也可能会参与其他项目的测试工作
• "Get involved in developing
  plan and software requirment analysis; Design,review and maintains test
  specification base on software requirement; write and review testing plan"
  参与制定开发计划及软件需求分析，根据软件需求编写测试计划、测试用例并对进行评审
• Perform test according to Test
  specification and related requirement; manage and track the bugs base on
  process; generate and publish test report
  按照测试规范及相关需求执行测试，并根据流程对产生的bug进行管理、追踪，完成测试报告
• Work closely with developers and QA
  to ensure defects are correctly identified and fix; Support developers with bug
  reproduce, log, etc.
  和开发人员及质量工程师仪器紧密合作，确保正确的识别和修复缺陷，通过缺陷重现、日志等方式提供向开发人员提供支持。
• Followe Hella software test process
  strictly; support company process improvement
  严格遵守公司既定的软件测试流程，支持公司过程改进
• Maintain and optimize test tool,
  explore new test tool/framework/strategy
  维护并完善测试工具，探索引入新的测试工具、框架和策略
• Test specification/script review
  测试规范或测试脚本的评审
• Study and promote new testing
  technology
  研究并推广新的测试技术

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor degree or above in software
  engineering, Computer Science or related field
  软件工程、计算机或其他相关专业，本科或以上学历
  
• At least 2 years relevant experience
  in software test of automotive electronic control modules
  汽车电子模块行业2年以上软件测试经验
  
• With experience of full software
  life cycle as software tester
  有作为测试工程师完整参与整个软件项目周期的经验
  
• Familiar testing theory and procedure,
  master testing method and strategy, such as black box, white box, fuzzing,
  pressure, boundary, usability, etc.
  熟悉软件测试理论和软件测试流程，对各种测试方法和策略，如黑盒、白盒、模糊、压力、边界、可用性等测试非常了解
  
• "Proficiency in the use of
  laboratory equipment, such as simulators, oscilloscopes, multimeters and so
  on.Proficiency in the use of configuration tool, testing tool, office
  tool."
  "熟练使用各种实验室仪器，如仿真器、示波器、万用表等；熟练使用配置管理工具、测试工具、办公软件。"
  
• Familiar with automotive
  communication and diagnostic protocols (i.e.CAN, LIN, UDS, etc.)
  熟悉汽车通信与诊断协议(如CAN, LIN, UDS, 等)
  
• "Experience in developing test
  specification, test solution, test requirements.Experience with embedded SW,
  different microcontroller platforms and buses"
  有开发测试规范、测试方案、测试需求的经验，有测试嵌入式软件的经验，熟悉单片机和总线
  
• Familiar with automated testing;
  experience with scripting languages perfrerrd; experience with automated
  testing tools  preferred
  熟悉自动化测试，具有脚本语言编程经验者优先，具有自动化测试经验者优先
  
• Good thinking and observation
  ability; good at discovering/analysis/solve problems; provide intime feedback
  and promote the solution of problem.
  思路清晰，观察细致，善于发现问题、分析问题和解决问题，及时反馈结果并推动问题解决；
  
• Fluent English skill, both in
  speaken and written
  能熟练的使用英语口语和写作
  
• Battery Management Battery
  development experience is much preferred
  有电池管理系统开发经验者优先考虑
