Company Overview

At Camp Akiba, we strive to encourage and support our entire camp community. While there are many summer camps to choose from, what makes Camp Akiba truly special is our people. Beyond our facilities and picturesque location, the heart of Akiba lies in its community. Camp Akiba is committed to preserving the cherished camp traditions that have stood the test of time, while constantly evolving to create an exciting and relevant experience for today’s children. We combine elements of a traditional summer camp with an individualized program as unique as the campers. Camp Akiba is a safe, nurturing, and fun environment where campers of diverse backgrounds come together to learn from one another, collaborate, and cultivate friendships that last a lifetime.

At Camp Akiba, all staff members are expected to lead by example, fully engaging in every aspect of camp life to create a fulfilling experience for our campers. Your active participation is crucial in helping campers explore new activities, build lasting relationships with their bunkmates, and embrace the Akiba spirit. Our core values—Authenticity, Kindness, Inclusivity, Balance, and Appreciation—guide the way we interact and support each other. The rewards of working at Camp Akiba are abundant, earned through hard work, dedication, and a shared commitment to these values. As we say, "There are no strangers here, only friends you have not met."
