Purpose of the role:
Ensure global and Zone HCP strategies are effectively executed at market level, adapting brand toolkits to local needs while maintaining compliance and scientific credibility.
Champion global brand-led HCP activations within the Zone, ensuring toolkits are adopted, localised, and activated effectively. Translate global content into locally relevant executions aligned with scientific narratives and commercial goals.
Key responsibilities:
Drive brand HCP strategies within the zone
Create brand content plans and calendars
Localize zone and global brand toolkits for deployment
Ensure brand messaging aligns to scientific claims and regulatory guidance.
Partner with Zone Omnichannel Lead to embed assets into localized campaigns.
Track toolkit adoption & performance, feeding insights back to the zone and global teams.
Track and report campaign performance
Lead the Team of Local (Country) Brand Activators
Contribute to CEE Culture and Transformation agendas
Requirements:
5 years in brand or HCP communication
Leadership role experience.
Degree in marketing, digital, or business.
Experience localising & executing campaigns with measurable results.
Strong knowledge of brand strategy, compliance, and HCP engagement.
Strong operational execution and field team collaboration skills.
Team management skills
Fluent English and one of CEE language
Strategic and creative mindset with a problem-solving approach.
Strong collaboration skills and ability to influence cross-functional partners.
Experience in shaping and building organizational culture — promoting collaboration, accountability, and a growth mindset across markets.
