Job Purpose: Responsible to support Capex Procurement for ordering of Mechanical Material & Services, Upgradation & Paints. Responsible for the organization growth along with coordination with inter department /function, unit and external stack holders. Regular discussion on the further planning part with Capex Lead / Sourcing Lead to meet project
timeline.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Initiate RFQ, Sourcing and SAP MM Module with the precision of working and maintain confidentiality.
  2. Preparation of Comparative Statement, LPP, Negotiation with supplier for the assigned package along with
    contract readiness
  3. Tracking of ABG, PBG, contract and related documents with timely ensure payment procedure.
  4. Process PO, PO short close, Serivces as per DOA and other process to meet project commissioning and ordering
    timeline.
  5. Ensure paper / documents / mails outflow appropriately, deal with external and internal agencies
    (Project team/ Plant team/CPC/Vendors etc.).
  6. Coordinate for various daily / weekly / monthly reports and meetings for Project order
    review meetings..
  7. Understanding of Plant Operation & Processes.

Requirement & Skills:

 Engineering Background in Mechanical with First Division throughout the education background.
 Having relevant experience of 8-10 Years with basic understanding of Cement Manufacturing process.
 Good Communication Skills, Analysis Skills, Technical Skills, Presentation Skills & hands on experience of SAP, Power Point, Excel, Google Sheet & Ms word.
