Full Description:    

United Anesthesia Services (UAS) seeks BC/BE anesthesiologists for full-time 40-hour call positions in desirable suburban Philadelphia locations.

This role is designed for anesthesiologists seeking a defined call structure, strong compensation, and a balanced workload within a stable suburban practice setting.

Schedule Options Include:

• 24-hour call + two 8-hour shifts (24/8/8)

• 24-hour call + one 16-hour shift (24/16)

• 16-hour call + two 8-hour shifts (16/8/8)

• Two, 24-hour calls per week (24/24)

Compensation & Benefits:

• $500,000 salary for 40-hour weekly model with call

• 100% employer paid health premiums and short/long term disability

• 3% 401k match plus 3.5% profit sharing upon eligibility

• Compensation structured proportionally for alternative schedule configurations based on total weekly hours and call commitment
