We are seeking a seasoned leader to join our team as a Life Cycle Integration Program Director, responsible for shaping and influencing the company's role in product support. The ideal candidate will be a passionate, self-starting, high-performing leader with experience in program management, business development, and capture. This role offers the possibility of remote work flexibility, with on-site presence as-needed due to security considerations.

- Provide holistic lifecycle support throughout development, production, and support phases of programs
- Develop and execute product support strategies and campaigns with portfolio managers, program managers, functional leads, and customers
- Lead sustainment captures and contribute to tactical plans to achieve customer requirements for long-term sustainment readiness
- Influence design for support, planning for support, and executing support solutions and analysis of the life cycle and product support implications
