Job description

Design, update, and maintain internal sites on Wix and LMS platforms. Ensure that content created by the Knowledge area is published clearly, functionally, and in a visually engaging manner, while adhering to brand guidelines and user experience (UX) standards.

Job requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in web design.

• Junior profile with a high level of organization and attention to detail.

• Ability to execute tasks quickly and accurately.

• Openness to feedback and commitment to continuous improvement.

• Wix Proficiency: (Mandatory).

• Wix LMS Administration: Basic knowledge.

• Adobe Creative Cloud: Basic-to-intermediate (Photoshop and Illustrator primarily).

• Google Sites: Familiarity with the tool.

• UX/UI Principles: Basic knowledge for Web and Apps.

• Information Architecture: Skills in organizing web structures.

• English: Reading and writing proficiency.

Job responsibilities

• Manage and update websites within Wix.

• Configure and maintain the LMS (Learning Management System) hosted on Wix.

• Upload, structure, and layout content created by Knowledge Specialists.

• Optimize site navigation, information architecture, and user experience.

• Apply basic graphic design for banners, covers, and other visual assets.

• Ensure visual and brand consistency across all platforms.

• Collaborate with the Training and CCH teams to implement improvements.

• Track tasks and progress using project management tools.

• Support content migration or updates on Google Sites as needed.
