Full-Time Orthodontist Opportunity – Colorado Springs, CO (Traveling)

Join an Established Practice with a Built-In Patient Base

We’re seeking a Full-Time Orthodontist to step into a thriving, well-established practice in the Colorado Springs market as our current Orthodontist prepares for retirement in early summer. This is a rare opportunity to inherit an active patient base, strong referral relationships, and a fully supported orthodontic program—all while enjoying clinical autonomy and meaningful growth potential.

Why This Opportunity Stands Out

  • Full-Time W2 position in a PPO / Fee-for-Service environment

  • Competitive per diem with start bonuses for both clear aligners and traditional brackets

  • Your own dedicated traveling specialty team, including:

    • Orthodontic Assistants

    • Treatment Coordinator

    • Office Manager

  • Support from a Specialty Regional Manager to help streamline operations and support your success

  • Established referral network with strong general dentist relationships

  • Smooth transition from a retiring provider—walk into an existing, active schedule

What You’ll Do

  • Provide comprehensive orthodontic care to patients ages 7 and up

  • Diagnose, treatment plan, and deliver orthodontic services using both clear aligners and fixed appliances

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with referring general dentists

  • Collaborate with your specialty team to deliver an exceptional patient experience

  • Maintain high clinical and ethical standards in patient care

What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years of hands-on orthodontic experience

  • Confident treating a wide range of orthodontic cases

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills

  • Patient-focused, collaborative, and growth-minded

  • Licensed (or eligible for licensure) in the state of Colorado

Why Colorado Springs?

Enjoy a high quality of life with access to outdoor recreation, a growing community, and a strong demand for orthodontic care—without sacrificing work-life balance.
