Job Summary:
The Inside Sales Representative I plays an essential role by identifying and developing new business opportunities through high-volume outbound calling and the qualification of inbound leads. This position will manage the end-to-end sales cycle process to convert prospects into active clients. 

What you'll do:

  • Conducts high-volume daily outbound calling to introduce payment processing solutions

  • Qualifies inbound marketing leads and manages pipeline in CRM to ensure no opportunity expires

  • Delivers sales presentations and product demonstrations that highlight key product features

  • Assists new clients through the sales cycle process 

  • Uses effective sales closing techniques

  • Achieves and exceeds individual sales quota

Education and Experience:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent (required)

  • Bachelor’s Degree (preferred)

  • Desire to be successful in a sales role

  • No prior FinTech experience required
