OTR responsibilities:
Evaluate residents' physical, cognitive, and functional needs
Develop individualized treatment plans to improve independence in self-care, mobility, and daily routines
Deliver evidence-based occupational therapy interventions
Collaborate with other care team members to ensure holistic and coordinated care
Provide education and training to residents, caregivers, and staff
Accurately document assessments, treatment sessions, and progress
Promote a safe, engaging, and functional environment for residents

Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited school with a bachelors, master’s, or doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy.
- License as required by the State of Wisconsin to practice as an Occupational Therapist.
