Human Resources Manager (Generalist Focus)

Reports To: Vice President-Human Resources

Classification: Full-Time, Exempt

Location: Works in our Colorado Springs, CO office with multi-site responsibility (Colorado, Florida, North Carolina, Ohio)

Position Summary

The Human Resources Manager of our Infrastructure Precast Solutions platform (IPS) serves as a key partner to operations leadership across multiple locations, providing hands-on HR generalist support with a primary focus on talent acquisition, employee relations, and onboarding execution. This role ensures consistent HR practices across sites while supporting a growing, multi-state workforce. The position does not manage payroll or benefits administration but collaborates closely with those functions.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning

- Own full-cycle recruiting across assigned locations

- Partner with hiring managers on workforce planning and role definition

- Maintain recruiting metrics and drive continuous improvement

- Support employer branding and local recruiting strategies

Onboarding & New Hire Integration

- Lead onboarding processes across all assigned locations

- Ensure effective integration of new hires

- Own the Stay Interview program of 30/60/90/180-day and one-year follow-ups

Employee Relations & HR Support

- Serve as primary HR contact across locations

- Provide guidance on performance, conduct, and conflict resolution

- Ensure consistent application of policies

Compliance & Risk Management

- Ensure compliance with employment laws across all states

- Support audits and maintain documentation

- Partner with VP of HR on risk mitigation

Compensation

Base Salary Range: $85,000 – $95,000 annually

Bonus Program: Target 20% annual bonus based on performance metrics including hiring outcomes, retention, and manager satisfaction
