The role involves driving business growth through CASA, third-party products, and asset sales, while ensuring high levels of customer engagement and retention. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a blend of sales and service orientation, and the ability to motivate and manage front-office staff effectively.

Responsibilities
