Responsibilities:


• SW and HW development for automatic testing equipment in serial production of front and rear automotive headlights
• Selection and design of the right technical solution with regard to balancing investment costs vs. required functionality
• High emphasis on internal development of key technologies of testing machines (camera systems, electrical measurements, communication with the control unit, key mechanical elements, HMI, data collection)
• Development and support of existing testing equipment
• User support, supplier coordination
• Close cooperation with the central industrial department on new development projects


 


Requirements:


• University/secondary school education in electrical engineering, electronics, automation
• General overview of electrical engineering required
• Experience in C#, LabView, PLC programming is an advantage (at least one)
• Knowledge of Keyence, Cognex or Sick camera systems
• Experience in LIN/CAN/FlexRay automotive buses, industrial automation, or in automotive electrical equipment is an advantage
• Creative solving the task
• Intermediate knowledge of English
• User knowledge of MS Office
• Openness, responsibility, independence
