CATARA Medical Spa is a results-driven aesthetics practice in Batavia, Illinois. We deliver personalized skin health and wellness treatments in a warm, client-first environment. We are growing and looking for a skilled injector to join our team.

What You’ll Do

• Perform neuromodulator and dermal filler treatments
• Conduct client consultations and develop individualized treatment plans
• Build client relationships, drive rebooking and retention
• Recommend retail skincare to complement treatment outcomes
• Document accurately in Boulevard practice management software
• Maintain Illinois nursing scope-of-practice and physician supervision compliance

Requirements

• Active Illinois RN license in good standing
• Minimum 2 years hands-on injecting experience (neuromodulators and dermal filler)
• Radiesse experience a plus
• Ability to consult, plan, and close treatment packages
• Client-first mindset; strong communication skills
• Comfortable working within a physician-supervised med spa model

Compensation & Schedule

• Competitive hourly base rate + performance-based commission on services
