About the Department

As a Site Supervisor for Adult Volleyball, you’ll help create a positive and organized environment for league play and recreational programs. This role supports game-day operations, helps keep activities running on schedule, and serves as a go-to resource for participants, officials, and spectators.

You’ll spend your time in a fast-paced recreation setting where communication, organization, and a steady presence go a long way. Whether you’re checking in teams, setting up equipment, or helping answer questions, your work helps create a smooth and enjoyable experience for everyone involved.

City of Durango’s Trail to Excellence

The City of Durango is a purpose-driven organization with more than 400 full-time and 300 part-time and seasonal employees across 15 departments, all working together to provide a wide range of services that keep our community running every day. At the city, we focus on continually improving how we work and serve the community. This effort is called the Trail to Excellence (T2E), and every employee plays a part in it.
