Aspen Contracting is hiring Sales Representatives to work directly with homeowners on exterior improvement and restoration projects. This is a performance‑based role with strong earning potential and a clear path for growth.

We are looking for motivated, coachable individuals who want a long‑term career—not short‑term gigs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Meet with homeowners for scheduled appointments
  • Conduct basic property assessments (training provided)
  • Explain project scope and next steps to customers
  • Work with internal teams to manage jobs from start to finish
  • Maintain consistent follow‑up and communication

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Strong communication skills
  •  Reliable and self‑motivated
  • Comfortable working independently
  • Sales experience preferred but not required
  • Time management and organization 
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
