This position is responsible for protecting the assets of Downtown Grand while interacting with guests and Team Members ensuring the utmost in guest service.
Responsibilties:
- Walking and observing the casino floor while interacting with the customers to ensure a superior customer experience
- Sign up guests for the loyalty program
- Maintain knowledge of current casino promotions in order to accurately provide information to customers
- Build and maintain relationships with customers utilizing friendly and polite demeanor
- Maintains familiarity with all areas of the property
- Maintains security to ensure the safety of the company and guests
- Protect the company and its assets from theft, vandalism, and illegal activities including the customers, business, and employees
Qualifications:
- Leadership skills, professionalism, and ability to remain calm during stressful situations.
- Must have effective communication skills. Superior guest service experience preferred.
- Must have proficiency in typing, computer skills.
- Must have effective communication skills.
- Must be able to obtain a Gaming Registration, Alcohol Awareness Card and CPR Certification
