You’ll Thrive Here If You:
- Have 3+ years of dental office management experience.
- Understand insurance, billing, and how to actually collect money.
- Know your way around Dentrix, Eaglesoft, Open Dental (or similar).
- Are a leader first, not just a scheduler or task manager.
- Are organized, direct, and not afraid to hold people accountable.
- Love improving systems and seeing measurable results.
