  • Collaborate with teachers and support staff to implement tier two and tier three behavior plans and interventions.
  • Support students with IEPs and 504 plans by facilitating scheduled breaks and accommodations.
  • Respond to unsafe or escalated classroom situations to ensure student and staff safety.

Data & Collaboration

  • Regularly meet with the Student Success Team to review data, identify trends, and strategize supports.
  • Represent the Student Success Team in Grade Team Meetings and collaborate with teachers to align supports.
  • Monitor hallway behavior during instructional time and track hallway data to improve systems.
  • Respond to attendance data to ensure all students are at school 95% of the time.
