Job Description

The National Account Sales Director-Parts will report to the Sr. Director of National Accounts and be responsible for National Account Parts Sales.


In this position you will be responsible for the execution of our sales strategies including both revenue and profit growth and will be traveling up to 75%

  • Managing our Customer and Dealer relationship across all functional areas.
  • Managing all aspects of the sales process.
  • Work directly with all levels of the customers leadership including sales, parts, service and procurement.
  • Manage, motivate, train, develop and provide leadership for all direct reports.
  • Quarterback all aspects of our customer interface for sales, parts and service.
  • Develop strategies and action plans for assigned customers.
  • Grow parts market share, revenue and profit.
  • Bachelor's degree and at least 6 years of sales experience
  • At least 3 years of lead experience

OR

  • Master's degree and at least 5 years of sales experience
  • At least 3 years of lead experience

OR

  • At least 10 years of sales experience
  • At least 3 years of lead experience
  • Qualified candidates, excluding current employees, must be legally authorized on an unrestricted basis (US Citizen, Legal Permanent Resident, Refugee or Asylee) to be employed in the United States. We do not anticipate providing employment related work sponsorship for this position (e.g., H-1B status)
  • MS Office skills. Strong skills in Excel
  • Experience presenting to all levels of leadership both internally and externally
  • Experience leading a team
  • Commercial experience, sales, account management for more than 3 years
  • Being comfortable around higher level executives
  • Relationship building
  • OE account management for large customers
  • Heavy duty truck experience
