Team Lead / Site Lead – Zarqa, Jordan

Location: Zarqa, Jordan – OCONUS Employment Type: Full-Time Clearance Requirement: SECRET

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as primary point of contact with the COR for all contract matters.
• Oversee contractor personnel and ensure performance in accordance with PWS requirements.
• Monitor contract execution and report issues within required timelines.
• Coordinate staffing, scheduling, and operational support across all functions.
• Ensure compliance with quality control, security, and reporting requirements.

Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years supervisory experience
• DoD or OCONUS contract experience
• Active SECRET clearance

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or logistics
• Prior site lead experience

Relevant Systems/Tools Microsoft Office, GCSS-Army
