Recruiter - Shared Services Center

Position Summary:

The recruiter is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process.  The position will excel at talent identification, talent attraction, candidate assessment and delivering a positive candidate experience.  Success is hiring qualified candidates to help Bob Moore grow while reducing turnover.

Core Responsibilities:

Responsibilities described in this section are fundamental to the position.

  • Partner with hiring managers and HR to understand the hiring needs and execute sourcing and recruiting strategy.
  • Perform full-life cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, recommending a qualified talent pool and selection.
  • Develop solid working relationships with management to align departmental goals with broader organizational goals.
  • Develop innovative and creative media content across social media platforms and ensure that social media activities are aligned with talent acquisition strategy.
  • Maximize sourcing channels, networks, social media, university relations, and career tech schools.
  • Maintain and track all social media platforms used for recruiting to ensure maximum visibility and brand recognition. Work with marketing department to ensure brand standards are met.
  • Participate in campus recruiting programs, including interaction with colleges, building and maintaining strong relationships with colleges, and planning on-campus recruiting events.
  • Develop an effective pipeline of key talent to support succession planning needs.
  • Provide Best-in-Class candidate experience through communication, relationship building, and execution of the recruitment process.

  • Direct knowledge of recruiting and talent acquisition strategies and practices.
  • Knowledge of industry-leading recruitment best practices to optimize talent acquisition and candidate experience.
  • Recruiting knowledge using social media platforms (i.e. LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, etc.)
  • Creative mindset for suggesting ideas that improve talent pool sources.
  • Ability to develop and communicate appropriate metrics, interpret trends, and adjust strategies as needed in response to change.
  • Customer focused, adaptable, has strong follow-up and organizational skills.
  • Experience with employment practices and human resource policies and procedures.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Minimum Qualifications:

The requirements listed below are the minimum degrees, certifications, knowledge, skill, and/or ability required of this position.

  • High School Education or equivalent
  • College degree preferred
  • 3+ years proven experience as a Recruiter.
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems, preferred Cornerstone.
  • Valid driver’s license without restrictions that affects your ability to operate company owned vehicle(s) and ability to maintain a clean driving record.
