About the Role
As our Warehousing Supervisor, you will be the heartbeat of our distribution center. You aren’t just managing a floor; you are orchestrating a complex symphony of logistics, ensuring that our products reach customers with precision and care. We are looking for a proactive leader who balances operational excellence with a strategic mindset—someone who doesn't just follow processes but actively seeks to improve them.
Responsibilities

Operational Excellence: Coordinate and supervise daily warehouse activities (receipt, organization, and dispatch), ensuring 100% compliance with safety and delivery standards.

Strategic Collaboration: Act as the primary point of contact for LSPs, Customer Service, and Supply Network Planning to resolve operational bottlenecks, inventory discrepancies, and system connectivity issues.

Data-Driven Leadership: Execute data collection and generate high-impact KPIs to support transportation, warehousing, and procurement decision-making.

Process Optimization: Identify and implement continuous improvement projects to streamline distribution and significantly reduce logistics costs.

Resource Management: Lead and develop the warehouse team, managing personnel, equipment, and storage space to hit sales targets while upholding EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety) protocols.

Vendor Relations: Lead the partnership with transportation providers, ensuring they meet our rigorous service and quality standards.
Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Industrial, Supply Chain, Logistics), Business Administration, or a related field.

At least 2+ years of experience in similar roles within a warehouse or distribution environment.

Advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets; comfortable working with large databases and logistics systems.

Previous People management experience (leading teams in operational environments).

Intermediate English level.

Deep understanding of warehouse safety, quality standards, and EHS regulations.
