Position Overview
Leigh and Co. is looking for a motivated and skilled Sales Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role focuses on engaging with inbound leads and selling our carefully curated service packages. If you have a proven track record in sales, can maintain high conversion rates, and possess excellent communication skills, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to and manage inbound sales leads with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Sell predefined service packages, guiding clients through the options to find the best fit.
  • Maintain a strong conversion rate by effectively closing sales.
  • Conduct sales calls and presentations to prospective clients.
  • Address client objections and questions with clarity and confidence.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales data in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with team members to refine sales strategies and improve customer experience.


Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales role with demonstrated success.
  • Strong ability to close sales and meet or exceed conversion rate targets.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • High level of organization and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with Hubspot CRM software and sales tracking tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
